gurgaononlinegifts.com - gift not delivered

I ordered a gift to be delivered through this website on **th May. The payment was processed. I got the invoice as well. Money got deducted from my account and bank also confirmed that amount credited to merchant's account but the gift was not delivered. When I call to customer care (+**)**********, (+**)********** & +(**)********** they did not pick up the call. I had sent emails to support but they didn't reply. Few days ago they picked up my call but didn't said anything and when I said "I am going to file a complaint against your website" they said "OK do whatever" and disconnected the call. This is a fraudulent website and they have lots of other fake websites too (giftstoindiaplaza.com, flowersncakestoindia.com, giftstohyderabadcity.com, giftstojaipurcity.com, giftstomumbaicity.com, giftstobangalorecity.com)please take the necessary action.
