I ordered a gift online on *rd March **** which was supposed to be delivered on *th Mar **** but it is still not delivered. When I asked through FB message, they said that they have cancelled and refunded. But till now it's neither credited to my account nor any reply from them and no gift is delivered to my friend. My number is blocked by them so unable to reach over the phone. No email communication. No response on online available on their website.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
