Indiacakes.com - Gift items not delivered

I placed an order on the **th of May **** for the same day delivery. They asked for Rs *** for delivery, which I paid.
This item was never delivered. I requested the cancellation and refund of my payment. I emailed their support, called customer service and chatted with online support. Tried all ways to communicate, followed up at least *-* times on each mode mentioned above, no response. On my lucky day, one cutomer suport spoke to me and told me that they paid the Vendor and the vendor did not deliver. How is that my fault? I missed my friend's birthday and received additional headache for getting the refund of my money.
