My order id is ***** over Nafa.in, is not delivered
I have ordered pepperfry the gift card via their website
No one responds on their customer support email support@nafa.in
I have dropped them multiple emails
I had placed my order in **-OCT-****
It was mentioned on the website that the gift card will be delivered in ** hours
Its been more than weeks , order is still not delivered.and showing pending for delivery
Also there is no response from their customer care, not even acknowledgement of email sent from them
Their website do not have any customer care phone number as well.
Please bloody bitch CEO of company have a look on it...
