Nafa - Gift card not received after payment

Have Purchased Myntra Egift Card Of Worth ₹***. My Order No Is *****.Date Of Purchase Is **-Dec-****.They Said That They Will Provide Instant Delivery Within Few minutes But It Is More Than a week and yet not they have Provided My Gift Card.
I Have Tried Several Times Contact With The Company Via Email As Well And Mr Anil Chaudhary Email Also (Ower Of The Nafa.In) But He Did Not Reply A Single Mail And His Phone Is Always Switched Off They Cheat People And Do Not Provide Support At All. I Have Seen Thousand Of Complaints Against These Fraud People And Now Ia M Worried If My Hard Earned Money Will Be Looted By These People .I Highly Recommend/ Suggest To All People That Please Do Not Buy Or Sell Any Gift Card In Nafa.In.
