Ao Smith - Geyser with manufacturing fault not getting replaced

AO SMITH Horrible HORRIBLE company and service. I had bought * horizontal Water geysers last year. Out of these, * geyser had manufacturing fault. It did not worked even once. I logged complaints like ** times and they have been more than ** technicians, senior technicians, managers inspections before COVID. Every time they inspect and commit that it wouldn’t work and needs replacement. NOTHING HAPPENED. funniest part is every time I call they treat it as a new call and start the process again. It’s COVID now and it’s blocked again. I am so fed up and tired. I think now I need to just log a complaint against consumer court. TERRIBLE COMPANY, CUSTOMER CARE and POST SALES SUPPORT.
