Smart Bazar - Getting very bad smell inside the good life dates

I purchased * pack of good life Arabian dates from Smart bazar because they are giving that in offer price, **rs for ***g pouch.
I purchased in hurry and today I opened one of that pouch and dates are smelling like chemicals and taste feels like it contains any chemicals, don’t know why, and opened another pouch getting same smell from that too.
I purchased those packs for my dietary supplement now it’s waste of money, i live in hostel I get less pocket money every month please replace those packs with other compony packs or else refund ***rs so that I can purchase any other company dates pack
