getsetHome pune - GETSETHOME A Fraud PG providers

I have been staying in getsethome for a year till * aug in magarpatta, hadapsar, pune.
These people are so fraud that they first don't respond to phone calls if you are an existing tenant and even if they do they don't resolve the issue most of the times. There have been so many complaints against this pg but finally i have vacated this pg on * aug and they were supposed to refund my deposit of * months but yet i haven't received it and they are not responding me with a valid justification. I have been calling so many people from their organization but they never respond and if by mistake they take my call they tell me to call back and then again they never pick my phone. And then after i vacated the property recently they repaired water purifier and they told me to deduct ***rs from my deposit which so disappointing it's my hard core money i have lost my job and i really need my money back but these people are not understanding anything. If i have left the pg in june and came back to delhi and vacated it on * aug why am i responsible for any kind of damange or repair reimbursement afterwards?
I have asked them so many times to go and inspect the pg from the time i am in delhi (*june) and i was worried that they will blame me for any damage happens later on due to someone staying in there. But they did not give any confirmation on it yet and then they will deduct someone money for something else, this is not at all fair.
