I subscribed to your free trial offer by paying * as mentioned in the promotion. After that, I cancelled the subscription within the trial period. However, *** has been deducted automatically from my account without my consent. This is very disappointing and feels misleading. I kindly request you to review my account and process a full refund of ₹*** as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved, I may need to escalate the matter further. and your customer
