Prabhas Vcare - Get refund

I purchased treatment of skin and hair from Prabhas Vcare Health Malakpet Branch on **-**-****, the cost of treatment was *****/-, I was not confident to take treatment but their manager convinced me after * hours consult, Out of *****/- I paid *****/- through UPI at branch and remaining it was from fibe finance.
Next day I cancelled the treatment due to personal reason and I denied to take treatment, first the manager said that money will not refund but after *-* times visit he agreed to cancel the treatment and money will refund in **-** days.
But after so many calls and visits the loan is cancelled in Feb **** which caused ****/- penalty and cibil score loose. Then I asked for refund of *****/- rupees then he denied with statement " we can't refund your money".
Now I want refund money and penalty charges of fibe finance and compensation of cibil score loose.
