Due to relocation I have surrendered my Internet connection and Router has also been collected by local gazon service provider on **/**/****. I also got the feedback from Gazon local service person that he has already updated formally by email to GAZON office regarding Router collection.
I have uploaded cancelled cheque on Gazon portal regarding my bank details for refund.
I already have registered several complaints on portal as well as to Gazon customer supports phone number by calling but still my security deposit of Rs ****/- has not yet been refunded back to me. Gazon customer supports team now not even replying to my emails and also to complaints registered on their portal. Its clear that they do not want to return my refund. So kindly support.
