Subject: Complaint Against Hosting Mella for Non-Responsive Service and Loss of Access
Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Lifetime Hosting plan from Hosting Mella after being assured of reliable service and quality support. Initially, the hosting worked properly, but after some time I started facing multiple website issues and server errors, which caused significant loss to my website traffic and revenue.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the company through calls and messages, my concerns have not been resolved. In many cases, calls were either disconnected or not answered at all. I have call recordings and payment proofs that show the promises made by the company regarding their services.
Recently, Mr. Shivam Jha informed me through WhatsApp that they are no longer associated with Hosting Mella and asked me to contact another number. However, my problem regarding cPanel access and hosting support still remains unresolved.
