Gati packers and movers - Gati Product delivered was damaged

I transported my product planetary mixer MRP Rs.***** and OTG oven **ltr MRP Rs. *****. However, the planetary mixer was dislocated at the back and the paint and thin layers were scrapped. The OTG on the other hand had a dent. The package clearly mentioned FRAZILE, which got ignored by Gati.
I requested a claim with appx amount of *k, to which they want a service provider with GST #, as due to lockdown in Imphal no authorised service provider are available.
Also, here majority of the repair stores are local.
They also said they will provide me with one number which needs to be added in the damaged form, which wasn't provided to me and I kept asking for the copy despite me asking several times no email response received. The product was delivered after **days and they wanted a receipt to which I gave the delivered receipt. They didn't want to accept that but it got the same details as the one I provided.
This is just to ignore and reject my request. But damaged has been caused and voxya, kindly help me get me justice for the damaged they caused. I will share the pictures as well.
