Surya flames - Gas stove bought from Dheerika one burner not working

I bought a * burner surya flames gas stove from Dheerika stores gurgav on **/**/**** and the day one onwardes noticed the centre burner is not working,i contacted Dheerika Stores and as per their advice have contacted Surya Flames, and filed a complaint, they told within ** hours the complaint will be attened and its more than a week no one has attended. And on contacting Surya flames they are not answering my calls
