Anup kumar misra filed complaint against IGL on Aug 13, 2022
I had applied for temporary closure of gas pipe line. The staff came and closed it, however after a few days without informing me the IGL staff started digging to closed the pipe line from where it branched into the house. The IGL staff could not locate the pipe line and damaged the sewer line in the process, the damage has NOT been repaired yet resulting in foul smelling sewer water flowing out on the road. Customer helpline refuses to help and says that we have to get it repaired at our cost. IGL does not know the from where the pipe is coming?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
