Dear Garena Support Team,
My Free Fire account (UID: **********) was hacked on * January, and since that day I have been continuously contacting both Garena Support and the Garena Grievance Officer to recover my account.
The Garena Grievance Officer informed me that my game account became inaccessible because the third-party login credentials linked to my account were compromised. I have attached the official email from the Grievance Officer as evidence.
I also have previous support conversations showing that my case was treated as an account compromise. To further verify my ownership, I am submitting my complete top-up history from **** to ****, along with all other available ownership proofs.
I respectfully request that you carefully review every document and piece of evidence before making a final decision. I am the original and legitimate owner of this account, and I sincerely hope that this time my case will receive a fair and thorough review.
If you require any additional information or verification documents, please let me know. I am ready to provide whatever is necessary to confirm my ownership.
