Meesho - Garbage of empty chips packets delivered by Meesho

I had ordered kurta,pant, dupatta set suit of price *** rupees. On ** May delivery agent delivered very small packet. I was sure it not the suit ordered hence I opened it in front of delivery agent. It was garbage of bits & pieces of tailor left over & empty torn pouches of chips. I immediately asked delivery agent to cancel or take it back order. He denied saying I can raise return request later. On **th itself I raise return request selecting reason torn/dirty products received. On **st a pick up agent arrived but he denied pick up saying this is not the actual product & he will not pickup garbage. Since then I called messho helpline multiple times agents don't help they just say the actual product was delivered. I want the actual product or refund of my money. Order ID *****************. Order was placed on **th May & garbage was delivered on **th May. Return has been raised thrice on **,**,** May
