Pb life style - Gaming Chair not delivered

I ordered Elite Gaming Chair on Feb **, **** from PBLifestyle website. But there is no communication till now. I tried to contact but website shows- This store is unavailable.
It is fraud and just cheating money from people in the name of discount or stock clearance sale.
I want my money back and punish these people.
