I am the original and sole owner of the above BGMI account. On * April ****, my account was hacked. The hacker unlinked my Facebook login, temporarily took control of my X account, and added his own Google account as secondary login.
I successfully recovered my X account (@*mnrs) on ** April **** with official confirmation from X Support (full email thread attached in PDF).
However, the hacker’s unauthorized Google account is still linked as secondary. I am unable to unlink it due to the in-game security cooldown (“You have not logged in on enough days on this device. Cannot unlink.”).
Critical Issues:
• The hacker is actively logged in every single day on a Realme ** Pro+ *G device and disturbs me during my free playtime.
• He can unlink my primary X account at any moment and can also interfere during the *-day unlink cooldown period.
• Despite submitting a complete **-page proof PDF multiple times (containing X recovery emails, old in-game profiles showing Character ID ***********, UC purchase receipts, device history, and hacker login screenshots), BGMI/Krafton Support is only sending automated generic replies asking me to contact social networks.
Social networks (X/Facebook) cannot unlink the Google account from BGMI — only Krafton can perform manual unlinking.
This is a clear case of deficiency in service and negligence by Krafton. They have failed to provide basic account security and recovery support despite having all required proof of ownership.
Relief Sought:
* Immediate manual unlinking of the hacker’s unauthorized Google account from Character ID ***********.
* Escalate the case to the Account Recovery / L* Team and restore full control to me.
* Compensation of ₹*,*** for the mental harassment, loss of gameplay time, and repeated deficiency in service (optional, but recommended).

• Screenshots of X recovery, cannot-unlink error, hacker login, UC receipts, etc.
I am ready for video call verification with Aadhaar card or any other document at any time.
