Sir, last month system update by Samsung on my Galaxy S** Ultra immediately caused green lines on my phone. I went to nearest service center for support. They blindly refused to accept my case saying I bought phone from UAE. My request is simple: Samsung broke my phone, they need to fix it. But so far they're not ready to accept that their update broke the screen. There is already an open job card, which is kept on hold by Samsung.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
