Rhiya Mary Grace filed complaint against Deckup on Oct 22, 2020
I had ordered a L-shaped sofa online on the *th of October from Deckup.in which was to be delivered by the **th of Oct. I have still not received any information regarding the status of my furniture. After the online payment was done they have sent only one mail with the tracking id since then they have not reverted in any way, also they have no option of cash on delivery. There is no other way to contact them other than a WhatsApp no. Which is business account and they don't reply to our specific questions. I feel I and lots of others have been cheated this way.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
