Evok by Hindware - Furniture not delivered

I purchased furniture articles worth nearly rs *.* lakh from Evok furniture shop at Kirti Nagar, Delhi on ** march and sent entire amount on ** march.

After calling delivery manager, I was told that my furniture will come on ** march. Ultimately it did come. But no fixing was done. The technician came in the afternoon and started assembling the furniture.

At that time, he pointed out that dining table came without dining chairs, only one bed was supplied out of * which I purchased.

Even the one bed sent was defective and could not be assembled.

Despite my taking up the matter with shop keeper, and others, I am sorry to say that no furniture has been supplied so far. Nor any information has been shared with me till now.

As a result, I could not shift to new location, since there is no furniture in my new house.

On account of such shoddy, unreasonable service, delay in shifting to new residence and mental agony, I hereby submit my claim for rs. * lakh.

In case, my furniture is not supplied within * days from the date of receipt of complaint and not compensated with rs * lakh, I would share this incident with social media and would also bring it to notice of compensation cell.
