Moppin - Funky Codes Technologies LLP

I am writing regarding the recent incident involving Moppin's services.

On November **th, I contacted Komal (Moppin's employee) to urgently hire a female chef for a **-hour shift. I was assured that a suitable candidate would be provided within ** hours, upon payment of Rs. **,***/-.

Despite making the payment on November **th, I have not received any suitable resumes or updates from Komal or any other representative of your company. All attempts to contact them via phone calls, messages, and emails have been unsuccessful.

This lack of response and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon service is highly unprofessional and unethical. It appears to be a clear case of fraudulent activity, where the company has collected payment without providing any service.

I demanded an immediate resolution to this matter, including a full refund of the Rs. **,***. However, even after months of follow up I have got only part money from Moppin. They are not responding to my calls, emails, message etc and not explaining me reason for deduction. They have agreed to provide certain services and when they haven't provided the same, they have to refund the entire amount.

I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution at the earliest.
