Fyers Investment Advisors Private Limited - Funds not appearing in fyers account

I have transferred money from Citibank to Fyers on **th Sept, amount is Rs.*****/- so far it has not appeared in fyers. I have raised a complaint , ticket no. ****** and spoke to them multiple times - they still argue the funds are reversed whereas my account shows no reversal. I will attach the required proofs.
