Rajinikanth filed complaint against ixigo app on Mar 22, 2022
A transaction got failed and my money was in the wallet.
After that I switched off Internet to save mobile battery.
and turned on after ** mins.
I tried to close ixigo app please note I didn’t try to redo any transaction since I booked bus tickets.
Now my question is without my concern or knowledge how can the app debit money from my wallet and retry failed transaction?
I didn't get any sms on the retried transaction but in the end the ticket was confirmed and I couldn't travel or cancel since its tatkal.
Pl understand I didn’t even refresh the page. Also why the money from failed transaction doesn’t go to my bank account?
Support is of no use and even though they understood the bug in their app they are not even accepting it.
