Liberty Shoes Ltd - Funds deducted twice from Airtel Money

For the shoes purchase for a value of ****/- paid via Airtel Money, did not reflect in their system, and so, had to make payment again, with the promise from manager that the previous transaction will stand failed after a while, and the amount will reflect refunded into your account, but both the transactions are successful in my airtel money, and the funds are successfully dropped into liberty's account, which is confirmed on request to the airtel money team on mail after the incidence,dozens of mails sent to liberty, the matter has also been brought to surity to liberty, after which they have stopped responding, with no response.
