Slaydeal - Fund didnt credited to my accound after cancellation of the order

I had ordered * footwears on *th august from slaydeal..and due to some reasons i cancelled that order in *th august ****..its been * days..the money didnt credited to my account.i mailed them but they said they had already initiated refund status on ** th august..but still didnt credited to my account.
