Dear team i hve purchase a mobile phone from shopclues on *.*.****. which is fully defective. I raised the request for return on same day product i received and request for refund of amount. But still they have not pick up the product and not refunding the amount.
When i am conatcting them they are not giving any response.
So. Kindly request you to help me to resolve my issue on immediate basis and do needfull to refund of my amount.
