Wellworn shop - Fully damaged product and scam

WW***** and my name is akshay gunjal, at aurangpura road near phuley chowk chatrapati sambhajinagar -******, I have been scammed, old torn jeans were packed in it and sent, this has happened to me for the first time, they cheat people like this, action should be taken against this company, as we have trust in Ekart but, my delivery came from Ekart only, so Ekart should take information about it, I opened this parcel in front of the delivery boy, I also have the proof, I only want your delivery boy to refund my money, this is what I want, my trust in online has been lost
