Very Very Bad experience with EaseMyTrip .
EaseMyTrip has failed to help his passengers. Every time, I call customer service they reiterate those same lines that they are going to escalate the issue with higher authority and nothing happens. My amount was refunded by airline to easemytrip last month (I Confirmed that with the airline myself also sent the letter to EMT). #EMT_*********. PNR: JVMMF and Y*LSL And please train your customer service call center peoples to understand customers pain and help them out instent of repeating same line since months.

This is shameful i am not getting any response from EMT, only you are creating ads and making fool of innocents like us. Since last * month no satisfactory action has been taken by EMT.
