Park royal holidays pvt Ltd - FULL REFUND NOT GIVEN BY THE COMPANY

I purchased membership on **/**/**** by paying **,***/- INR
through UPI. Now due to some personal issues i mailed the company on
**/*/** to cancel the membership before my member id generated. So
the company accepted my cancellation request and mailed me on
**/*/** to refund my paid amount within a week. But as of now on
dated **/*/** I still not get full refund amount. I mailed the company
frequently but they give different timeline via mails. They have paid me
only ***** rs in six installment. I still have a pending refund amount
remaining in company.
