Bright Consultancy - Full refund not done

Bright Consultancy Services took annual charge **** and promised to provide a cook. I paid them money online via Googlepay to a number ********** they provided me Amit Kumar Choubey.

I was waiting for their call but i did not get any call and i kept following but no one was picking up the call. I did another fake enquiry that time they responded immediately. I threatened them that i will do police complaint that time senior manager said he will refund and only paid back ****. I asked him to provide full refund but again no one from their company receiving my call .
