Whitehat Jr - Full refund issue

I have purchased a course subscription for the amount of **K for ** classes & converted the amount to zero % interest EMI for * months. As I have informed * to * times to the concern to improve their teaching method but they didn't change & lastly I decided to request for the refund of the pending classes amount.
Now at the time of selling the product, the sales person Mehul confirmed me in writing that you'll get full refund but now they are not providing me the preclosure charges of *% of the remaining principal loan amount + **% GST.
So it would be better if someone from your team get in touch with me to have a word with me for a solution of this matter at the earliest possible as I have already requested them to have a refund initiated since **.**.**** but no result so far.
