Candeur Landmark - Full refund for my flat booking

I booked a flat with candour Landmark in Bangalore on July **st **** by paying * lakh as booking advance but later through other sources I came to know that the flat sold to me was an EWS flat. Hence I dropped them an email asking to cancel my booking on **th August.
Later they said it's legal to sell EWS flat through Amalgamation. As I was not interested in proceeding further with that flat they tried to provide me with alternate flat options which didn't suit my requirements due to budget issues. Hence again on **th August, I sent out an email asking for cancellation. As per the terms of the booking form it is mentioned as ***** + GST will be deducted from my Booking advance. But I feel that without giving me proper information they have given me the EWS flat If I had known this before itself I wouldn't have booked the flat at all. Hence I shouldn't be deducted with any amount and would require a full refund of my booking amount.
