MYCHOIZE - Full Refund for Cancellation on time not Credited

Booked a rental car from Mychoize.com and paid Rs **,*** online on **/**/**.My Trip was scheduled from **/**/** to **/**/**. Then I cancelled my booking on **/**/** due to some medical problems. I was debited with a refund of Rs.***** only instead of Rs.***** .The Terms and Conditions of mychoize.com states that "Where Hire Period is more than * day (** Hours) : if the booking is cancelled ** hours before the
scheduled pick up time, no cancellation charges shall be applied" .So no cancellation charge must be deducted but I received Rs.**** less. The Confirmation mail and Cancellation mail is attached with the Price stated in it and also the Terms and Condition of mychoize.com is also attached.All the * in * pdf.
