Reba Logistic - Full payment done but service not provided

I was searching for the transportation service to pick my household items from sadabad UP to talwandi bhai, punjab. I was planning to transport the above mentioned item on Friday **.**.****. I don't know from where my mobile number was catched by Reba logistic which has its registered office at Delhi. They called me to my mobile number and I become agree to shift my household items from them. As agreed, the used to come on Thursday (**.**.****) to pack my items and same should be delivered from sadabad on next morning I.e. **.**.****. I have already made the advance payment of Rs *****/- to their sbi account. But after receiving payment they stopped receiving my call. I tried many times to call them but nobody was there to attend the call. Late night I called again and they picked up the call and said that the truck will be available on next morning. I got frustrated and felt myself cheated. I wanted to tell them to please refund my amount but before listening my voice, he just dropped the call.

I don't understand, why these people do this type of activity. I got limited time leave from my office to shift to new place of posting. If they don't have guts to perform their duty than why they take the responsibility. I will definitely sue them in court if they don't refund my *****.
