Allen career institute kota Rajasthan - Full Money not refunded

As per Allen institute Bhubaneswar branch information, that a new batch will be started from Jun. **nd for which they conducted an examination of my daughter. She qualified. After few days of exam, Allen institute Bhubaneswar branch called and asked us to pay money of Rs *****. We paid it. When Jun **nd was approaching we called them about batch timing and class details. At that point they said there is no new batch starting and you need to join in old batch. the Old batch has already completed **-** classes, for which my daughter who is studying *th std. find it difficult to cope up with regular classes. hence we applied for refund. while they refunded they deducted *K because of no fault of us.
