Pathcare Labs Pvt Ltd - Full Final settlement due

Hi,
I joined Pathcare Labs Pvt Ltd in Sept ** and worked till Oct **.I did not serve my notice period of * month as i had to join my next assignment.
I have following up with the company since then - more than ** mails have been sent in this regard but they are just delaying.
They keep finding new excuses to delay the matter. Now they have run out of excuses and have stopped replying to my mails.
The amount due to me is appr *****/- but more importantly i am yet to receive my release and experience letter.
Kindly see what can be done in this regard
