Cyient Limited - Full and final settlement and relieving letter

My last date in Cyient Limited was on **, Jan **** and it has been around ** days still, I didn't receive my Full and Final settlement amount and Relieving letter. I am communicating with them for the last * weeks but still, they are not able to give me the full settlement amount and Relieving letter. As per Cyient policy, all the formality should be completed within ** days from the last date of resignation. Each time I communicate with them, they are saying this week they will clear but till now nothing happened.
