I resigned from my formar company MK Shah Exports Ltd as Manager by serving one month's formal notice period which ended on**.**.****. But till today i.e. **.**.**** the company has not cleared my final dues which includes one month ten days salary for myself and my wife, my PF/Gratuity amount, leave encashment, incentive/ commission, Amount paid to vendor on behalf of the company, interest on dues etc.
