Fship - FShip Refused COD Refund for Charcoal Scam Delivery Order

I ordered vape juice from vapemonk.in but received charcoal rolls via FShip delivery on March *, **** in Chennai. I paid ₹**** cash on delivery, but FShip completely refuses to take responsibility despite collecting my payment.

Delivery Details:

• Carton clearly marked vapemonk.in + FShip branding
• Seller address from package: O-** Ground Floor, Aakr Homz Apartment, Sector-***, Basi Bahuddin Nagar, Dadri, Uttar Pradesh ******

What I received: Sealed carton containing hookah charcoal rolls instead of my ordered vape product. This matches the exact “vape-to-charcoal” scam pattern other victims reported (including a February ** Voxya case by Nawaab Sahid that got resolved).
FShip’s Response: Contacted them Day * (March *) and got this deflection email:
“We are the shipping service provider. For product issues, contact the retailer where you made your purchase.”

They collected my ₹**** COD but won’t investigate the obvious fraud.

Why FShip is responsible:
You delivered a proven scam package, took my cash payment, and refused to help despite being an NCH “convergence partner.” FShip holds COD funds *-** days before payout—this is Day * of that window.
I demand: Full ₹**** COD refund from FShip immediately, or hold payment to the Dadri seller. Please notify FShip nodal officer and escalate urgently.
