PNB METLIFE - FROUD POLICY

dear sir i had made the policy on ** nov **** in punjab national bank
haripur,whose policy number is
********,but when we did the second installment in haripur pnb bank agent ,
no proof of it came
to us, when we ask thepnb pnb bank agent and haripur bank staff to
slip the premium of our second
installment,then he was not giving it to us,when we come from the info
by policy custumer ,we realized that our money was not
deposited in the policy,
when we asked the bank agent why did not we deposit the money,then he said
that deposit your money,when the agent sent the policy slip in pnb
branch maneger ,then the
policy number was of someone else,when this thing is told to the pnb bank
agent,then he is not accepting his mistake,now the pnb bank or agent
is not refund
my money,
sir please help me,refund my money ***** rs,and total amount * lakh,,,
and take action against this pnb bank metllife agent,, my own policy
has also been closed due to this, and my ****** rs drowned,
