Rsp Global Immigration Consultants Opc Pvt Ltd - Froud in the name of Job

RSP Global Immigration Consultants (OPC) Pvt Ltd had sent my brother Dubai for job and they have charged me **k for the job placement. They provided visa * month validy and said this visa is for three months. My brother left for Dubai and RSP team received my brother from airport. After that they keep on saying we are looking for a job and only once they have sent for an interview and later we found that the interview was for the labor category whereas the RSP team had promised that they will provide a sales team or Packing job based on interview.
But in Dubai they never tried for what they have promised. The day was being passed we have been requesting to extend the visa and the RSP team has been promising that the visa will be extended which was their responsibility as the owner of the RSP Ms. Parwinder Kaur had been promised everything.
Later Visa was expired and they left my brother unattened in Dabai. Now we i have paid pass-out visa, ticket and Hotel charged for * days and brought my brother home.
Ms, Parwinder Kaur had promised that in case of failure to provide the Job then we are Pvt Company we will refund all the money.
we have paid **K to RSP and **k in Dubai to bring my brother home. Total ******Rs lose for their false promise.
Not only that after "Pass out" visa my brother is band to enter Dubai forever.
Please help. We are ready to pay the charges.
