Upon raising this matter with the showroom staff, I was issued a partial refund of ₹*,***, but the discrepancy still remains unresolved. This situation reflects poorly on the transparency and credibility of the dealership and has caused me considerable inconvenience.
I request a full investigation and immediate resolution of this issue. Please verify the payment records, correct the quotation, and ensure that the missing balance amount is refunded to me at the earliest. I would also like a formal written clarification on how such a serious billing error occurred.
I am escalating this matter as a high-level concern and expect a prompt and satisfactory response within the next * working days.
