Gs web designer zirakpur - Froud by mobile app developer

Dear last year in the month of June, i thought of a mobile app and to to get it developed, i started searching for a developer, so through net i got the number of Gs web developer, big bazar, zirakpur. Mr manoj is its owner. After meeting him, *..* times, i decided to place order as we both agreed for ***** rupees and he will deliver in *... * months. And payment mode was ***** advance, ***** next month, ***** on completion and rest after * months trial. I also discussed in detail regarding my concept ideas with mr manoj and only after that he agreed. I also provide him the flow chart " medicruz" sent to you too. But till now I paid ***** and almost **** more for Google fee etc, but nothing completed. Every time he says its complete but none, i always ask him for correction but he refused by saying it's new addition to the project. So keep on saying so and forcing me to make it live and rest of all payment. But it's not complete, a lot of things still pending . Now he totally refused for further correction
