Samsung pay - From Samsung Pay Amount Debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiaries account

Hello
I made transaction of Rs **** on *th Feb **** from Samsung pay...but beneficiary have not received money yet! But my account is debited and I am not able to even contact to any Samsung customer care because all the contact number they have provided are no longer active or switch off! I have raise the complaint on Samsung pay but no action has been taken against my query. How to reach them I don't have idea now.
