Hyundai Grand Nios Automatic Sports Variant - Frequent engine alarm from month of purchase and broke down on road in Month only

I am writing this post to inform my very unfortunate situation. I am an owner of Hyundai Grand i** Nios (Automatic Sports Variant). My vehicle is only ** months old and I have purchased my car on **th February ****.
On last Sunday (**st January ****) my vehicle suddenly broke down on road and I have called the road assistance to check my vehicle. But the road side assistance team was not able to rectified the issue. So they towed my car to the nearest service center (Popular Hyundai, Vytilla, Kerala, India). After two days (**nd Feb ****) the service engineer called me and informed that my vehicle's complete electrical wiring harness to be renewed due to the rodent bite. They told me to claim insurance for the same.
But if Hyundai is providing vehicles in this way, then I am sorry to say that your company doesn't have any integrity. If the Design, and the material used for the production was proper my car will never be attacked by the rodents.
It has been ** months from purchase. In this short duration of ** months this cable has been broken * times (as per the intimation from service center - my vehicle produced for inspection after getting engine alarm on instrument panel on every * Months)
I am parking my vehicle in a parking area where many cars are parking at a time (in flat more than ** cars are parking and in office hundreds of cars are parking). None of the other car's having this issue.
Is your wiring harness much tasty to rodents????
It is a very unfortunate situation for changing wiring harness in every * months.
I raised the issue to Hyundai India, on *rd February ****. They asked to wait ** hours and ensured that within that time their executive will coordinate for sort out the issue. Today is *th day from broke down, No service support received from Hyundai even after registering the complaint, mailed to them many times, called them many times. Still the vehicle in service center.
I was much excited while purchasing my car. But, I am regret to say that I am really unhappy with this product now.....especially the service they assure while purchasing.... Everything is fake offering only....
