Sumedh Pandit filed complaint against Freelancer on Jul 3, 2024
Despite agreeing on a project timeline, the freelancer consistently delayed the work and eventually became unresponsive.
Recently, the freelancer claimed that all deliverables were ready but insisted I sign a Termination Agreement stating I had received everything before actually sending the files. This seems like a breach of contract.
I have tried to resolve the issue amicably by offering additional compensation and extending deadlines, but the freelancer's refusal to send the deliverables for verification before signing the termination agreement has left me no choice but to consider legal action.
