GM MODULAR PRIVATE LIMITED ANDHERI WEST MUMBAI - Free replacement EVO Emergency Bulbs under warranty not provided by The Broadway General Store Park

Complaint against GM Modular Private Limited, Andheri (West), Mumbai-******, Customer Care:***********, www.gmmodular.com, info@gmmodular.com , for not providing free replacement of GM Emergency Bulbs purchased on **-**-****.
Respected Sir/Madam,

It is requested to your goodself that I have purchased * Nos. of GM EVO EMERGENCY BULBS (GBA-*-ER-*K,*W,****K) , (***LM B** ***-***V-**Hz) on **-**-**** with * months warranty from the Broadway General Store, Park Road Baramulla-******, Mobile-**********.

That * bulbs out of the *, have developed defects and stopped completely working in the first week of April ****.

That I have visited several times to the Broadway General Store, for free replacement under warranty of these bulbs, but the Broadway General Store was closed till today due to the National Lockdown and because of Baramulla Town being COVID-** Red Zone/ Containment Zone.

That on **-**-****, I again visited the Broadway General Store, Park Road, Baramulla-******, Mobile-**********, which was open in the wee hours, for free replacement of the GM Emergency Bulbs, but the Dealer has refused to provide me the replacement of the defective bulbs, on the pretext of Expired Warranty, because of none of my faults.

That it is the fault of The Broadway General Store, which remained closed during the warranty period and as well as of the GM Modular Private Limited Company, Andheri West Mumbai-******, Customer Care:***********, www.gmmodular.com, info@gmmodular.com , for not extending the Warranty Period in the prevailing conditions, COVID-** Pandemic, Lockdown.

Therefore it is requested to your goodself that necessary action may kindly be taken to provide me the free replacement of the defective emergency bulbs at an earliest, so that I may not have to approach higher authorities Consumer forums, Public Grievance Portals, Govt. Administration for redressal of my grievance.
