Poorvika - Fraus Misleading promises and information to close their sale

*. Before buying i had asked how i can buy the extended warranty. Mr. vijay karthik told me when i buy i will be able to login from the laptop and buy it from the site. After buying there isnt such an option at all and i was duped. I have to pay **** extra than what the company was offering on their site. Because of his false information i am not able to buy it from the brand itself.

*. Before buying i had asked him to give a bag, mouse and keyboard only then i would buy from him. He made two calls and promised i would be able to get it one the showroom opens. After the showroom opened he denied claims and sent me a wrong gift. There are recording where he promised, gave misleading information and made false promises.
